The ARCH
A safe home and a structured route to independence
Located on Muslin Street in Bridgeton, the ARCH combines ground-level offices, a support centre and twelve fully furnished flats, with a south-facing garden for tenants.
The programme
10 modules over 26 weeks
The programme is designed to equip men with the skills and confidence required to sustain their own tenancy when referred to social housing. The dedicated staff team operates within the Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC) framework, ensuring a holistic, person-centred approach, and every service user has a tailor-made support plan.
Each week, service users attend a group session on Mondays and complete up to five one-to-one support sessions. The intensity of support decreases progressively as they advance. The final stage — the resettlement module — prepares them to secure and sustain their own tenancy. Tenants retain full autonomy throughout.
12 flats
Fully furnished, one-bedroom, self-contained flats over two floors, with lift access.
26 weeks
A structured programme with support intensity reducing as independence grows.
10 modules
From settling in to the final resettlement module and a sustainable tenancy.
Men 21+
An independent service exclusively for adult men aged 21 years and over.
Our team
SSSC-registered support, one to one
The ARCH is managed by a Manager, Deputy Manager, Administrator/Finance Officer, four Resettlement Support Workers, part-time weekend support staff and sessional staff — a team that knows every tenant by name.
